We offer free exchanges and returns on all orders, allowing you to try as many sizes and styles as you like.  

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product. Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice in the return package. 

Items should be returned new and unused, with all original tags still attached.  Please get in touch with Angela at angela@allegraandluca.com for more info on where to return your order. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form. After 30 days we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
